Questionable Snowmen

Simple sort of Binding of Isaac clone made for Ludum Dare 31. Basically an excuse to practice from scratch some of the windows platform stuff I've been learning following along with Handmade Hero.

v0 -- deadline release

v1 -- minor difficulty tweaks / bugfixes

-fixed snowball power being framerate dependent

-first snowman always spawns to the right

-hat is now 1-hit kill

v2 -- more major difficulty tweaks / bugfixes

-game will pause when losing focus

-fixed snowman striking speed bug

-snowman speed scales with score

-snowball power eventually gets weaker

-reduced dead piece count (they weren't doing anything anyway)

-tweaked snowball shadow and dead snowman color
